So it seems that this lovely new steroidal cure for me affects my voice. It fiddles around somewhere in my sinuses to give me something like I've-just-woken-up-five-minutes-ago-and-my-throat-is-clear-but-my-voice-almost-cuts-out-when-I-speak sound.
